Under its news housing scheme, Delhi Development Authority is offering 13,148 flats in Delhi. These flats are on seven multiple locations of Delhi including SaritaVihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, SukhdevVihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, PaschimVihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.

Delhi Development Authority has already delayed the scheme for its work of construction so it has decided to launch its ambitious scheme “DDA Housing Scheme 2017” and it is expected to roll-out this month in May in India’s Capital.
It is a good news for a lot of people has been waiting for this scheme from one year.
For the convenience in the scheme, DDA has a tie-up with eight bank branches for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 and the list includes five private banks and three government banks. In DDA Scheme 2014, 13 banks had tied up for the scheme.

DDA Authority has decided that application form will b available only on the selected branches of the bank as shown above.
- The upcoming DDA housing scheme 2017 will come with online booking facility and these banks will provide a gateway for online transactions and the refund of registration amount will also be handled by these banks. In the case of refund or transfer of money, the only electronic mode will be used with no paper transaction.
Important Note – The DDA Development authority has also decided that if the buyer denies taking the possession of the flats then they will not have the option of ‘surrendering’ it. The land owning agency will forfeit the entire registration money which is Rs 2 lakh for HIG and MIG flats and Rs 1 lakh for LIG and Janta flats.

Generally, the banks provide maximum up to 85% of loan against the value of property. Therefore, if you want a home loan for buying a property of Rs. 50 lakhs, the maximum amount you can get is 85% of that i.e.42.50lakhs.

The banks have specific norms to take consent such as the minimum area requirements for a flat which may be carpet area of built-up area. The banks also consider the age of the property, the location, reputation of the builder if it’s a builder property. The banks also conduct a minute analysis to check whether the property is disputed or clear, whether the bank is free from any encumbrances, etc.
Duration of Loan (Years)

Delhi Development Authority May Bring Next Housing Scheme Completely Online
From “application to refund”, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is mulling making its next housing scheme a completely online affair to reduce the long queues of flat aspirants at its headquarters. As per recent reports, about 11,000 flats are to be offered under Housing Scheme 2016. The flagship Housing Scheme 2014 offered 25,040 flats across categories, with prices ranging between Rs. 7 lakh and Rs. 1.2 crore.

2017 DDA Housing Scheme – At the time of submission of Application form in a Bank only Pan Card or Aadhaar Card Number is Required. with Registration fees of Rs. 1 lac for general and Rs.10000 for EWS Category.
