Hurry up! Only one day left to apply for flat under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Punjab. Under the scheme, State government is providing 25,000 houses. The scheme was started in state On Thursday, the Chief Secretary of Punjab, Sarvesh Kaushal informed that the government has decided to construct around 25,000 houses for Economical Weaker Section and Lower Income Group of the society.
One more day to apply for PM Awas Yojana in Punjab
First, the application process was stopped on Thursday under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana for the Affordable Housing Scheme. However, according to the scheme, the submission could be submitted to the office of Sector 9 of Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) till 5 pm on Thursday evening.
But due to the last day, the e-contact was gathering a lot of people outside the Santers to collect crowd form. Because of this, the authorities decided to open e-contact centers by 8 pm. Up to 5 pm, 1.13 lakh forms were submitted to the Board for this scheme. Of these, 36 thousand forms were deposited in the board’s office. While P.M.A.Y. – MISS 39000 through the portal and 38000 forms submitted to e-contact center.
Punjab Government increased date to apply
Under new dates expand by state government today is the last date to apply for the scheme.
Application for the flat under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme has received One day more time. The last date of application was fixed till Thursday only. CHB chairman Maninder Singh Bains says that given the crowd of people, now the last date has been April 22.
